Ever since going to see Arlene to help with my stretching I have seen significant improvements all around in my athletics. My recovery time from practice to practice has dropped jurastically and my range of motion has increased to the point where people I work with often asked how I became so much more flexible. My daughter and I both took the 4 week series. I have various lung and breathing issues. I went from running 1.25 miles without stopping to 2.25 miles without stopping. My daughter has used techniques to help with asthma and anxiety. She was also able to calm her breathing after a traumatic injury. We use some of the techniques prior to exercise/tournaments and most recently to help wake us up with the spring forward time change.
