As a seasoned health and wellness coach, my journey is rooted in a passion for empowering individuals to lead balanced and fulfilling lives. With a specialization in holistic perimenopause & menopause, pain & mobility, and breath coaching, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding people towards optimal well-being.
My fascination with the intricate connection between mind and body led me to delve into the realm of holistic health. Understanding that our bodies are the vessels through which we navigate life’s journey, I became driven to impart transformative knowledge that fosters long-lasting health.
Originally from France, I came to the USA in 2000 as a Montessori teacher. After several years of teaching, I homeschooled my boys while tutoring students in French and teaching swim lessons. As a former competitive swimmer, my passion for swimming led me to become a high school assistant swim coach and head coach for a summer swim league team.
In my mid-40s, despite eating healthy and being active in the pool, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I could swim for hours but realized my fitness outside of the pool was lacking—I couldn't even complete a 15-minute bodyweight workout. At that time, I was working very long hours and I was burned out. I fell ill, and it took me more than three months to fully recover. My body had had enough, and I became frustrated. This frustration sparked my journey toward improving my health and fitness. I worked on building body strength outside the pool, improved my nutrition, and learned so much about my body and overall wellness. But what surprised me most was how much I discovered about myself along the way! This journey has been a holistic experience, shaping both my body and mindset.
As a teacher and coach, I found myself naturally sharing health and nutrition tips with my swimmers, which eventually led me to become a Health & Wellness coach specializing in pain, mobility, and breath work. I love educating people on the power of the breath and helping them realize how beautifully and wonderfully they are made. The human body is a fascinating, strong, and self-healing work of art, tirelessly supporting us every single day. Since we only have one body, it’s never too late to give it the care it truly deserves!
Fast forward a few years, I am now dedicating my career to supporting women in perimenopause and post-menopause because I’m living it myself. I began experiencing symptoms like night sweats back in 2018 and, recognizing the signs, immediately dove into research and started making changes to support my body through this transition. A few years later, my sister—two years my senior—began facing thyroid issues, and I felt a deep drive to help her too.
What I quickly realized is that too many women are suffering in silence, confused and dismissed by a medical system that has largely ignored this vital stage of life. Shockingly, even OB/GYNs receive little to no formal education on perimenopause, menopause, or nutrition. This needs to change.
My mission is to break the taboo, provide education, and empower women with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive—not just survive—through this powerful chapter. When we understand what’s happening in our bodies, we gain the confidence to advocate for ourselves and make informed choices. Knowledge is power, and empowered women change lives—including their own.

Flexibility and stretching are integral parts of well-rounded fitness programs and vital to overall health and wellness.
Stretching is used to improve, correct, and maintain flexibility and mobility, postural alignment, and overall fitness.
Some other benefits of stretching include:
Easing pain associated with tightness and tension
Improving range of motion, flexibility, mobility, and strength
Improving posture, physical appearance, and self-esteem
Counteract the effects of aging
Increasing overall fitness and athletic performance
Reducing the risk of injury
Encouraging relaxation and relieving stress
Increasing circulation and blood flow to the muscles, surrounding tissues, and joints
Can improve the daily functional movement and overall quality of life
Increase sleep quality
Stretching on your own undoubtedly offers benefits, allowing you to maintain flexibility and relieve tension at your own pace. However, assisted stretching takes your flexibility journey to new heights. With the guidance of a skilled professional, assisted stretching provides targeted techniques that reach deeper into muscle groups, promoting enhanced range of motion and flexibility. Unlike solo stretching, assisted stretching ensures proper alignment and technique, minimizing the risk of injury while maximizing the benefits of each stretch. Whether you're an athlete aiming for peak performance or someone seeking relief from everyday stiffness, assisted stretching offers a personalized approach to achieving optimal flexibility and mobility.
