I’m 74, and over time, my body has stiffened. Stretch therapy with Arlene has greatly improved my flexibility, and has reduced my discomfort significantly. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my posture - I’m not as hunched over as I was before the therapy sessions. This has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my overall health in a long time.
I have been seeing Arlene for a little over a year. It has helped tremendously with my lower back pain. I felt I was getting old and things like tying my shoes was a pain. I notice everyday stuff is easier now and if I go a couple of weeks without getting stretched I notice the difference. I would highly recommend it. It has helped with my overall flexibility a bunch.
Arlene is very knowledgeable with all the stretching motions. I just completed my first round of sessions, I am signing up for more. I feel I have just started to feel the positive difference. I feel my the muscles in my back are stretching and stabilizing. I am experiencing a decreasing amount of pain and discomfort in my back. I highly recommend Arlene’s stretching sessions!
