Just a quick note to let you know that there will be no LIVE workshop this month as we all step into a season full of connection, celebration, and (hopefully!) a little rest.
I’m wishing each of you the happiest, coziest, most joy-filled holidays. 💙
As you move through the next couple of weeks, here are a few gentle reminders to help you navigate the season with zero guilt and a whole lot more joy:
🌿 Choose presence over perfection.
Your body doesn’t need a perfect holiday—it needs you grounded, breathing, and savoring the moments that matter.
🌿 Release the guilt around food.
Holiday meals aren’t “good” or “bad.” They’re memories, connection, tradition. Enjoy what you love, mindfully and without apology.
🌿 Honor your energy.
Rest when you need to, say no when it’s too much, and give yourself the same compassion you offer everyone else.
🌿 Find small anchors.
A 3-minute breath reset, a short walk, or a glass of water between events can keep you feeling more balanced than you think.
